After spending 20 hours changing the first injector, it still ran on less than all 6 cylinders. I tested the injectors again and found one with a very hight resistance. As the engine heated, it started to idle better. I checked the resistance again and it had dropped to about 20 Ohms. The car ran great for about a week, then the same injector started to fail randomly, then died completely (open circuit). I changed the second bad injector (took only 10 hours), and the car ran perfect. After it had been parked for about a week, it started on 5 cylinders. It was running perfect when I shut it off the week before. All corrosion has been cleaned off of the injectors and I replaced all of the harness plugs. I am very tempted to try the remanufactured injectors. I am concerned about mixing 4 reman injectors with 2 new ones. I would like to hear from anyone who has had a good, or bad experience with remanufactured injectors.
